Subcompact electric truck battery packs

The battery pack is designed for a subcompact electric delivery truck. The battery cells are automotive cylindrical cells made by Samsung SDI. This battery pack fulfills all the requirements published by the Fulfills the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's Vehicles and Parts Performance and Safety Standards Section 48.3 Traction Battery Safety.

Cycle Kart battery packs

The cycle kart battery pack is an engineering prototype for a test vehicle designed by Kwangwon-do e-Mobility Consortium. The prototype is fully functional and has the same electrical specifications of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport certified subcompact battery pack. The durable design for offroad use makes the battery pack weight is a little heavier.

Electric vehicle conversion battery packs (coming soon)

The electric vehicle conversion battery pack is an engineering prototype for 4DR Jeep JK and KL Wranglers. The actual products will be redesigned with Samsung SDI automotive cylindrical cells with advanced wire-bonding technology.

Fleet EV conversion battery packs (coming soon)

EMVcon Inc. will release a dependable wire-bonded automotive cylindrical cell battery modules and packs for fleet EV conversion.

Boussole’s 100 kW Electric Powertrain

The Boussole’s 100 kW electric powertrain (EPT) consists of three major components: the motor unit, inverter unit, and the reducer. This 100 kW EPT provides verified power and functionalities. The water-cooled PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor) provides a peak 100 kW and a continuous 60 kW power with a water-cooled IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor) controller. Boussole’s high-performance design exhibits a 320 Nm torque. The 100 kW EPT comes with a 9.18:1 single-speed reducer with a differential gear. This 100 kW EPT can be supplied without the reducer for longitudinal applications. The 100 kW EPT comes with an optional electric parking brake actuator.
